What made this day unique?

This day was unique with the beautifully lit arbor shining bright for the evening wedding. There was a live band who played for the ceremony as well as the reception. The Groom’s Cake was in honor of the Groom being a Cheesehead, and there was a variety of desserts set up beautifully across from the cake table.

How Central Texas Planner helped?

Central Texas Planner helped this couple an 8-hour timeframe. Upon arrival, the coordinator directed the band where to set up, went over the timeline and what songs were to be played. An emcee was also hired to help translate for family members who spoke Spanish only, so the coordinator also went over the timeline with him upon his arrival. Additional vendors were also assisted, including the florist, the videographer and photographer as well as the bakers who delivered the cakes and desserts. The coordinator directed guests to their chairs, and once it was time, guided the wedding party when to walk down the aisle, including the bride and her father after fixing her train. After the recessional, the coordinator handed the newlyweds’ their drinks of choice while guests made their way inside. The coordinator also worked with the officiant and the photographer to get the marriage license signed. At dinner time, the coordinator released tables one at a time to prevent overcrowding at the buffet line. When it was time to send the couple off, the coordinator moved all the guests outside and worked with the photographer and videographer to get the guests lined up and sparkler lit before sending the couple through the tunnel of their friends to their getaway car.
