What made this day unique?

This was a beautiful venue for those who want a country wedding with a rustic feel. The couple’s special day was gorgeous with the groom’s party dressed up with cowboy hat, boots, and bandanas. It was all Texas at this wedding with the “guest book” being a piece of wood with their brand as a focal point, the ceremony included branding a cowhide, the groom’s cake was even in the shape of Texas, and of course Bar-B-Que was served. There was also a special moment where a recording played for him from a family member who was unable to make it to his special day.

How Central Texas Planner helped?

The family had set up all the décor beforehand, but when the coordinator arrived, the couple was already behind schedule for their first look, but the bride and groom were very laid back and just enjoyed their special day, but to help get things going in the right direction to get back on time, the coordinator worked with the photographer and videographer to get things rolling. The family photos were originally supposed to be done prior to the ceremony but had to be done afterward. During the ceremony, the caterers arrived, and the couple had wanted them to be in the back corner of the venue, but due to COVID, the caterers required to be outside, so on a judgement by the planner (the wedding was still taking place), the caterers were asked to set up outside between the reception hall and ceremony site, but had to do it quietly, so their setting up did not disrupt the ceremony. The planner kept the reception flowing with the key elements from the grand entrance to the sendoff. One snag the couple had was the caterers did not bring containers for the leftover food, so once the key elements were finished, the coordinator went to the HEB nearby to get some containers.
